    I don't know if it works because I never bought the battery pack and tested it. However the instructor that gave it to me said it is new and works. (Yes I believe him. He has been teaching scuba diving for more than 40 years. He taught me and is still teaching. I became his assistant.
    They defintely don't make these any more.
