Q: What do I do after I purchase your service on eBay?
A: We will message you the mailing address. When you ship your device please insure that it is properly packaged and has the device's passcode with it and a brief description of what's wrong with it as well as how it got damaged. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. We will cover the cost of shipping the device back. Please make sure the device is safely packaged with proper safe packaging material. Make sure you keep track of the tracking number for your package.
Q: How much does this cost?
non-refundable diagnostic labor fee to take your device apart and and let you know how much it will cost to fix it. Data recovery can cost anywhere from 0-0. When giving you the final price we always subtract from the total price whenever the diagnostic fee is paid. We typically take either credit card or PayPal. If you don't hear from us in 3 business days after purchasing the diagnostic fee please message us directly via eBay.
Q: If my device gets fixed am I able to use it again normally like before it was damaged?
A: If the device is fully functional we will mail the device back as is, however we do not warranty regular device repairs. Just the data recovery.
Q: Do you recover data on non-apple products?
A: Yes! Please message us for details.
Q: How do I get my data once it's recovered?
A: We will store the data either on a USB drive, an external hard drive and mail you the data or upload it to a cloud account of your choice. It's up to you.
Q: Is there a guarantee I'll get my data back?
A: While we have some of the highest percentage success rates when it comes to data recovery on apple devices, their are some instances when a phone is damaged beyond repair. It's very rare but it does happen. We will notify you ASAP if that happens.
Q: My iPhone is password locked, can you get the password off so I can get my data off?
A: Unfortunately we do not remove passwords from locked devices.
Q: What do you do with my data after you recover it?
A: We never keep customer data and we always delete it 20 days after recovering it. The reason we keep it that long is in case the data is lost for whatever reason while in transit to the customer.
