Water Repellent. Breathable. Seams go through folding device so there are 4 layers of material at seams, stitched with largest available thread on double-stitch machine for unsurpassed life and strength. Hems have same double stitched construction. Giant oversized brass grommets every 2 feet or less. Many times stronger than the common poly tarps. This is something you will keep for 10 to 20 years.
