RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns up to a period of 30 days from the purchase date.
·
Items returned due to a defect or functionality issue will be taken back without the buyer being responsible for the return shipping.
·
For all other returns buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, regardless of what it says under "Shipping and payments"   tab of the listing.
·
There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all returns other than defect / functionality issue. If the buyer use seller provided prepaid return   label and no problems found in the item then we do charge shipping fees as well.
·
Due to buyers mistake in the shipping address, or no one was there to accept the signature confirmation package and hence the order   gets returned back to us, we will refund the amount after excluding the shipping charges.
